Where to find official GTA VI announcements
Rockstar's own channels, and a quick way to check a rumour before you share it.
Rockstar Games publishes GTA VI news on its own website. When a claim matters, such as a date, a platform or a price, check it there first.
Official channels
- The Grand Theft Auto VI site at rockstargames.com/VI: the current release date, platforms, trailers and featured news.
- Rockstar Newswire at rockstargames.com/newswire: Rockstar's announcements and articles.
- Rockstar Games' verified social media accounts, which link back to Newswire posts.
Before you share a claim
- Look for the same news on rockstargames.com. Reposts and screenshots are not a source.
- Leaks and "insider" claims are not confirmed until Rockstar confirms them. Vice Mate's rules don't allow leaked material.
- Be careful with anything that asks you to sign in, pay or download to get early access.
Vice Mate is an independent community. Our Game Hub summarises and links to official sources. It is not an official channel.
